Year 10 Israel programs are only the beginning of the journey, both at an individual and communal level. Embracing an understanding of Judaism, Israel, and what it means to be involved in our local Jewish community, is only the beginning, with the ripples and positive waves continuing.
2019 was a ground-breaking year for Y2i, not just because of the sheer number of students who participated in programs, but because it was the first time all the programs were able to come together for one day in Israel. Ultimately the power of what we have created stretches beyond individual schools or groups, and builds a real sense of belonging and involvement in our shared community.
