A Year 10 trip to Israel is fast becoming a rite of passage for Jewish teens in our community. These programs foster a love for Israel, a deepened understanding of culture, heritage and traditions and significant personal development in participants.

Impact of Trips
Over 2,000 students have been participated in a Y2i supported Israel program, with close to two-thirds of Jewish teens now going to Israel at the end of Year 10.
These programs have shown to play a vital role in our next generation’s connection to, and involvement with, our Jewish community, as well as strengthening their Jewish identity and pride.

2023 Year 10 Israel trips have been postponed
Unfortunately, all 2023 Year 10 Israel trips have been postponed. All of the Jewish schools and BJE are planning programs for both Years 10 and Year 11 in late 2024.
